ReplyDeleteCalled Swat IT desk 7AM our time. Got a message saying to leave a message and they will call back. I explained the problem and asked that it be corrected ASAP. Are they in on Sundays? Your earthlink account should still be working if you want to use that for mail. It may be more reliable than Swatmail too. You should be able to access it by going to Earthlink.com and hit webmail.
I'm concerned about this infection. Did they give you antibiotics? Hope to hear from you soon.

ReplyDeleteIs it possible that SWAT was running some maintenance and was just offline when you tried? We haven't heard back from Swat IT yet. Mama didn't know that we never set up an Earhtlink account for you, but I could do that, if you want, but I know you have other email accounts. We'll keep trying to get ahold of Swat IT.
